Located 79 kilometers from Cancun International Airport, the Riviera Maya area has 150 kilometers of Caribbean coastline, and extends from Puerto Morelos to Punta Allen along Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.
When you arrive please confirm that your passport is stamped by immigration. The entry stamp will need to be shown upon check-in at the hotel.
Transportation provided from airport to hotel, please look for the Seventh-day Adventist Church signage upon arrival from Royal Transfers.
Hotel Registration Feb 12th will be at the foyer of the convention center Chichen Itza. Rooms will be given upon availability.
Event registration will be at the same location from 5:30 PM - 6:50 PM.
Insurance
Please purchase Short Term Travel Insurance with Adventist Risk Management (ARM).
This is mandatory because in the case of any eventuality the Inter-American Division is not responsible for any expense incurred.

Dress
Plan for business casual dress. We recommend comfortable shoes as the walking distances can be long.
SUNDAY - Please wear the sky blue shirt with navy blue pants.
MONDAY - Please wear the white shirt with black pants.
WEDNESDAY - Please wear the cream shirt with black pants.
Be aware of the temperature and weather changes to ensure you will be comfortable. We have provided real-time weather information on this site for your convenience.
Meals
Barceló Maya Grand Resort features all-inclusive service. Meals, snacks, and drinks are served at their restaurants and bars.
BREAKFAST AT BUFFET - 7AM-10AM
DINNER AT BUFFET - 6:30PM-10PM
